Pricing Policy.

Every fee is published on the Pricing page, in Vietnamese dong, and states whether it [includes / excludes] VAT. Entry Express does not charge any fee that is not listed, or that is not in a quotation the Customer has confirmed.

A “successfully issued ticket” is a ticket that has moved to paid status. Reservations that expire, or that are cancelled before payment, are not charged.

Ticket fees are tiered: each ticket is charged at the rate of the tier it falls into, the lower tiers keep their own rates, and the count starts again at the beginning of each month. Ticket fees are a percentage of the ticket price. Example for a month with 700 tickets on the Free plan: tickets #1–200 are free, #201–500 are charged 3%, and #501–700 are charged 2.4%. The first 200 tickets are free on every plan, including Free; Enterprise ticket fees are set by contract.

Yearly billing: Growth and Pro are 15% less than monthly billing. The monthly price when paying yearly is rounded down to 1,000 VND, and the full yearly fee is paid once at registration or renewal. Growth is 319,000 VND/month, or 3,252,000 VND/year (equivalent to 271,000 VND/month). Pro is 1,519,000 VND/month, or 15,492,000 VND/year (equivalent to 1,291,000 VND/month). Extra ticket fees are still calculated and paid each month.

Entry Express notifies price changes by email and on the website at least 30 days before they apply. A yearly plan already paid keeps its price until the end of the term. A Customer who does not accept the new price may cancel under the Service Delivery, Package Cancellation & Refund at no cancellation fee.

Every promotion states the discount, the period, and the conditions. Promotions follow the law on promotional activities.

Each venue sets and displays its own ticket prices. Entry Express does not set visitor ticket prices.
