1. Introduction
The entry.express website and the Entry Express platform (the "Service") are owned and operated by ENTRY EXPRESS COMPANY LIMITED ("Entry Express", "we"). Enterprise ID 0402343857. Address: 79 Tran Thuc Nhan St., Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam. By registering an account or using the Service, the registering organization or person (the "Customer") is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. The Service
Entry Express provides ticket management and distribution software as a subscription (SaaS) for operators of attractions, entertainment venues, museums, and events. The software lets customers create ticket products, sell at the counter and online, issue QR tickets, validate tickets (including offline), and view reports. Plans, features, and prices are published on the Pricing page.
The Customer sells tickets and provides the visit to its own guests. Entry Express supplies the software and is not the ticket seller.
3. Accounts
The Customer provides truthful and accurate registration details, including the organization name, tax code (if any), contact person, phone number, and email.
The Customer keeps passwords confidential and is responsible for activity on the staff accounts it creates (the venue, and staff who sell tickets for the venue).
If an account is accessed without authorization, the Customer notifies us immediately at contact@entry.express.
4. Trial and subscription
The Free plan has no subscription fee and includes the first 200 tickets free each month; a tiered ticket fee applies from ticket #201. Growth and Pro also include the first 200 tickets free each month and get a discount on ticket fees from ticket #201, under the current Pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed by the month or by the year. The per-ticket fee is based on tickets successfully issued in the period.
A paid plan renews each period, counted from the registration date, until the Customer cancels. The Customer pays each period through Zalopay, automatically (when the wallet is linked and the Customer has agreed) or manually. Payment, cancellation, and refunds follow the Payment Policy and the Service Delivery, Package Cancellation & Refund.
5. Customer responsibilities
Sell tickets only for lawful services the Customer is entitled to provide, and hold the business licenses required by law.
The Customer is solely responsible for ticket prices, its own refund rules, invoices, and tax toward its ticket buyers, and collects ticket money directly from those buyers.
When collecting personal data of ticket buyers through the Service, comply with personal-data protection rules.
Do not use the Service to commit fraud, distribute malware, probe or attack systems, or copy or reverse-engineer the software.
6. Entry Express responsibilities
Provide the Service with the features of the plan the Customer registered for, and use reasonable efforts to keep the system available, except for maintenance announced in advance.
Protect Customer data under the Privacy Policy.
Provide technical support by email, phone, and in-app support during working hours 8:00 to 17:00 every day, except Sundays and public holidays, or at other times agreed in the contract.
7. Data and intellectual property
Ticket-sales data and ticket-buyer data belong to the Customer. Entry Express processes that data on the Customer’s behalf, only to provide the Service.
The Customer may export data while using the Service and for 30 days after the Service ends.
The Entry Express software, brand, and interface are owned by ENTRY EXPRESS COMPANY LIMITED.
8. Suspension and termination
Entry Express may suspend an account if the Customer breaches Article 5. When payment is overdue and the grace period has ended, the account moves to the Free plan under the Payment Policy. The Customer may end the Service at any time under the Service Delivery, Package Cancellation & Refund.
9. Limitation of liability
Except for willful misconduct, Entry Express’s total liability does not exceed the fees the Customer paid in the 3 months before the loss arose. Entry Express is not liable for disputes between the Customer and its ticket buyers.
10. Changes and disputes
Changes are notified by email and on the website at least 15 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first negotiated under Complaint Reception and Resolution. If negotiation fails, the dispute is submitted to the competent court in Da Nang.
